About Us

We're a small firm looking to turn the world of recruiting and job search on its head. Founded by Eliot Axelrod and programmed by Kenny Frank of Excellanz Graphics the site is dedicated to helping people self select the right way to get what they want in the work world.

Eliot Axelrod spent over 20 years in the tech world in sales, marketing, and start-up mania. He's got an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a real appreciation for the trials and tribulations of the working person.

Kenny Frank has more than nineteen years of Information Systems and Technology experience. He has worked primarily with executive management teams as a director and project consultant delivering complex, multi-tiered, large budget technology projects in the areas of hardware and software development, quality assurance, and global network operations. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
